Thanks for joining me while we take a look at our Surco Rear Door Ladder for the Ford Transit with the Mid-Height Roofs Years 2014 through 2024, specifically the driver's side. Now folks, make sure you're checking our fit guide here at etrailer.com. Be sure you're getting the right year, make, and model to be sure you're getting the right parts for your vehicle the first time. Now when this installed, it'll look something like this, and, as you can see, it's on the driver's side, so on the side without the handle.
And it actually hangs on the top of the door, and then it gets screwed into the bottom side of the door. Now it is 61 inches tall or long and 11 3/4 inches side to side. And I'm gonna go ahead and show you a side angle so you can see that curve there. And I want to come closer and show you the base. So you can see the base.
That's where it's all getting bolted in and getting installed. And, again, nice stainless steel. It's not gonna rust or corrode, and yet the handles have the grip on them to make it easier to get up and down. And, like I said, you've got that hook here. That's gonna hang on the door, on the top of the door, for that install, and that's gonna help give it the support.
With that, they include some foam pads and a couple of screws. And those foam pads have a double-sided adhesive to stick on the door and give it the padding and also act as a gasket as well. So that's a nice option if you need a rear-door ladder. Folks, I'm Steven. Thanks so much for watching.
